Xrail tube mag extension ?

All of the tube mag extension by Xrail have an O.D of 1.125 yet nobody makes a barrel clamp that I can find. Does anybody know of a barrel clamp that will fit a tube that large ? The Nordic is made for a 1.06 tube and Xrail does not make one,
