What do you guys expect? This paper is from east-central Illinois. Most of the folks voting are going to be Illinoisans. They wouldn't even know how to respond to you if you asked, "Hey, why don't you come out to range with me?" Actually, they'd probably call the cops on you because the concept would seem so bizarre.

When I voted around 11am, it was 49/50 for yes/no with about 2600 votes total. Practically all the votes after that had to have been "no" to get the current result of about 26/68 with about 4800 votes total. That's wild.
