What? There are people who didn't read the ruling? I was going crazy all day at work waiting to get home so I could go through the details.
 
I'm in the middle of reading the decision, but then again, I don't mind reading long court decisions if the topic interests me.

Well, at a minimum he does an excellent job of making minced meat of their arguments.

I am also pleased he in on the court.

YES, I've read it and plan on reading it again. I like the logic and approach (excruciating detail) that will minimize misinterpretation. - - The reason I say minimize is that we already have several sources, WELL documented by the media, that are basically saying "my mind is made up, don't confuse me with facts." :D
 
I'm relieved to find out I'm not the only one that spent a few hours enjoying Scalia's prose. Those Jesuits, at Xavier, really turned out a few gems. I know my Dad, Co-Captain of the 1944 Xavier Rifle Team, is looking down, nodding his head in pride and satisfaction. :)
 
I saved it, printed it, laminated each page, and put it in a three ring binder!

2 days have gone by and I still feel euphoric.
 
Your a gun nut when you are too busy to be shooting and spend an hour a day reading and posting on internet gun sites instead of watching the news to catch up on the latest event that our hopeful future presidents have attended and what rude remarks they have made about one another,,,,,,,
