Young American "Double Action"

I have a young american double action nickle plated 5 shot I beleive it's a 32 cal, it has a 4 digit number under the left grip 58xx. it has a 2" octagon barrel. anyone have any info on theis weapon? Like where and who made it, and the year it was made?
