I've been loading mostly lead and plated and experiment way too much with different loads so I continually get frustrated with limited lead load data and have decided to go with jacketed for awhile. Just about bought some Remington bulk bullets when I checked out Zero Bullets at about 85% the cost of Remington. Have you tried them and what do you think? Most will be used in 9mm, 10mm, and 45ACP.
As long as we are on the subject: In 9mm I am looking at JHP's for my CZ P-01. P-01's are extremely 'short-throated" as you probably know. To keep a Berry's plated TC 124 gr. off the lands I must seat to 1.06" and am concerned if a Zero 125gr. JHP will also require a shorter OAL than that found in load data. How about Remington?
Thanks in advance.
