I got this gas tube from Century. It is supposed to be a Yugoslavian Underfolder gas tube. It matches my Yugo gas tube as far as hand guard fit. It would need trimmed slightly to fit on my rifle, but that doesn't surprise me. What confused me though, is the 3 holes in the end of the tube. The Yugo AK gas tubes that I've seen do not have the holes. Can any of you confirm that this is a correct Yugo AK gas tube, and/or if there are different versions out there, that would explain the difference between gas tubes on the two Yugo AK's that I've owned, and the tube pictured below?

Thanks for any help.

donno if its yugo, but it should still work.

gass tubes are for the most part interchangable (they vary even with in production runs of one country) the only models i cant see fiting are hungararian AMD's

Thanks for the responses.

After making this post, I called Century and talked to a technician. This person told me that some of the earlier gas tubes had vent holes. Interestingly, I've never seen a picture of one of these. If anyone has a link, I'd be interested. I got this tube just as a extra, so it really doesn't matter. Still I'd like to see an actual picture if anyone has one.

Thanks again.
