Zombie guns

Was at home all day today and watched a few trashy zombie moves. It got me to thinking, if the zombies ever do come what gun/guns would you want and why? Mine would be my Ruger Redhawk .44 magnum, i always wanted to see what it would do

.44mag is overkill. The only thing you can do to really stop a zombie is headshot. We all know that.

My vote is for a Ruger 10/22 with 25rnd mag and Eotech red-dot sight.

Edit to add: Oh yeah, plymouth- the mods tend not to look favorably upon zombie threads. Don't be too shocked or disappointed if this gets closed pretty soon.

Edited to add: Alright, now that I've finished my delicious Indian lunch and have a full sized keyboard in front of me, I can elaborate.

We don't do fantasy zombie threads here. There are several other forums that focus on discussing ones idle daydreams about annihilating the living dead. At THR, we try to focus on the real-world responsible aspect of firearms ownership.
