Apparently two thugs in dayton try to rob this guy right. Well he bends to his knees apparently playing possum, pulls out his glock fires several shots and hits one of them . the police later found these thugs at Good...
Yeah I find games like GTA, Mario Golf, Mortal Kombat, and Viewtiful Joe nice ways to unwind after a long arduous day. Screw beer give me a game any old day. I'll have fun and not get a hangover. SCORE!
While I see your point Smokey, I am inclined to go with Bigun on this one. I grew up playing all sorts of games that today no one my age would have been allowed to play. I also played outside. My buddies would play Mortal Kombat then go and (safely) practice moves on eachother, building our CQC...
 covering the muzzle, devious
When playing TC2 I used my middle finger to fire and held the gun at a slight angle, it helped to fire wuicker then the standard hold using the index finger. TC3 is very nice
Being a member of the "Nintendo Generation" I find games that utilize Light Guns very entertaining. There are a few that stand out that are exceptionally realistic. Police 24/7 for example and the feel of Time Crisis. What is your stance?
What is a "Wizz Bang"
To the best of my knowledge and the intel I have gathered on the subject. a "Wizz Bang" is as follows.
A small shell that once fired creates a small concussive blast that can be used as a deterent or to lure game from a hiding place. If used in a CQC situation the blast...
Yeah i really like the overall look of the gp100 it seems that it would be a little more wieldly. of course looks matter exactly noting with a gun. I will have to go to a range and try both. But on a completely superficial note, the gp-100 looks real purdy.
I was under the impression that if you homie hold a Desert Eagle or .357 Mag
wouldn't the blowback occur in a way that the gun was not ergonomically designed for? It would be hilarious though if someone were to homie hold an auto, then the chamber ejected and hit them in the eye while they...
Yes the homie hold does have it's place I guess. I wish Teddy Roosevelt had a longer stay as our president. Gun Training in school would be great. It would teach respect of a firearm and not thinking of it as a toy or a .....(shudders) fashion accessory.
I for one agree with 38 Snub Fan. I commend them all for defending themselves from this burglar. From a legal standpoint is there a statute like the one for homes that fi someone comes into your home and would do you harm then you more or less had free reign to do what ya need to to git-r-done...
I ,as many of you I'm sure, can't stand the homie hold. Come on. One it is ridiculous, two you can possibly sanp your wrist if the gun has a sufficent enough blowback, and finally did I mention it was ridiculous. So yeah the homie hold needs to be drawn. quartered then the remains destroyed with...

My mom is puertoriqena and my dad is German, English and a bunch of other European countries and what have ya.

I too am a fledling firearm enthusist and the intel I have gathered at this time is this. One a Double action revolver is very good...
:D Wow. The overall level of sheer rocksoscity of the posters at this forum is outstanding. Wow. I am most likely going to check out some ranges in the Columbus area because I hear they let you rent then buy. But as many of you have said I most likely will start with my pistol of choice (most...
Thank you Ben you certainly appear to know of what you speak! The 4" sounds like a pretty good option. My stepfather, who had mentioned the Ruger Redhawk, warned me about the short barrled Bulldog, So, i definately would want to opt for a longer barrel.

I humbly thank you all for all of your constructive input, you guys rock.

The range only gun would most likely be a seperate purchase as I would like to improve my skill and shoot competitively someday. Primarily I am looking for a piece that I will probably keep on me a majority...
Ahh shermacman I anticipated your reply, and whole heartedly agree with you. But, as for a first purchase I think the revolver would be the way to go. I most likely will have to end up purchasing some different types of guns (oh darn...). See, I would like to have one I could take to the range...
