I've got a drawer full of holsters for my various carry guns but I've gone to nearly 100% AIWB. I've got a Triad Holster for my Shield, a Concealment Express for my XDM 3.8 Compact and a JustHolsterIt for my P-01. All are simple, cheap, minimalist, kydex AIWB holsters with a single clip and...
I own the SR9 and a CZ75b Stainless.
My stainless 75B is a beauty and way more accurate than I'm capable of taking advantage of. For me though it'll never be more than a range queen.
My SR9 on the other hand does all three for me. It's very accurate, slim and carries easily in my DM...
knives are bad guys at VT too....
I bet they don't allow them on campus either

please correct me if i'm wrong, but i've never worried a bit when decocking my CZ P-01 because i've always understood that the firing pin safety prevents the gun from being fired if the trigger is not pulled. well you don't pull the trigger to decock the gun so where is the danger? besides...
Not following you here. Can you elaborate? I have pursued the problem to this point and appear to have the answer. Calling CZ today to get a replacement spring. I don't profess to be a gunsmith and every action I've taken to this point has been suggested by CZ users and the CZ gunsmith. I...
Like I said in the previous posts, I started by replacing the spring with a Wolff extra power spring. That did not fix it so I contacted CZ who very promptly sent me a new extractor (apparently a redesigned one). I just didn't drop in the extractor until yesterday, approximately 10 months...
I agree that its probably the spring. Must have needed the new extractor originally and I guess I started in the wrong place by replacing the spring. Unfortunately I chunked the old spring so I guess I'll have to call CZ anyway. May just see what the cost is to send the gun in and let them...
thought I'd once again resurrect this post to give you an update.
As I said in the last post last year, CZ did send me the new extractor. Well, believe or not, I never got around to replacing the old one until today! I have, over the last year, carried my PF9 and SR9 while the P-01 sat in...
curiosity kills....
After reading the review by the op and a very popular thread about the remora on defensivecarry.com I ordered one last night. It's the #4P (has a built in mag carrier) with sweat shield. I'll be using mine for my Kel-Tec PF9. I'm really excited to try it out and will give...
WOW!! Looks really nice. I'm a sweaty palms guy, so I actually really like the RTF textured grip. This looks much better than RTF with the hump removed to boot. Enjoy!
Got through immediately today to Scott. I told Scott I had changed the spring out for a Wolff and he immediately suggested it could be the extractor. He's sending me an extractor but after reading your post I hope he sends me a spring as well. It was refreshing get such an easy to deal with...
I'm pretty religious about cleaning my guns. I clean them thoroughly after every range outing. I got it real nice and shiny after replacing the extractor spring so no this can't be it. I'm leaning towards an issue with the extractor itself.
I called CZ-USA today, couldn't get through and...
Resurrecting my own post....
Okay, so I swapped the extractor spring for the Wolff and....now I'm getting multiple failures to feed. Its like the round makes it nearly halfway into the chamber and jams. What in the world??!! Should I call it a POS and get rid of it?
love my CZ P-01, fits me like a glove. I am concerned though. It's begun to have issues, failures to extract. I just swapped out the extractor spring for a Wolff but haven't have a chance to shoot it yet. My fingers are crossed because I love this gun and want to keep it.
