I think adding a foreign made stock set would put you over the limit, at least when using foreign made magazines.
Even if a person wanted to buy this ammunition, I'm not sure why anyone would pay Cheaper Than Dirt's price when the manufacturer seems to sell it for less.
Today I was at the Crossroads of the West gunshow in Costa Mesa, CA. One vendor had five ADPs in a glass case. I didn't bother asking to handle one as they looked terrible and I had no money for a handgun anyhow.
