1911 Shoulder holster.

I am planning on getting a shoulder holster for a compact 1911.

So far I have only seen holsters without belt clips...

I usually wear suspenders and I was thinking I could use the shoulder holster as a holster and suspenders. To replace the suspenders.

But, I would like for the holster to also hold a magazine or two. None of the 1911 compatible holsters I've seen have magazines and belt clips.

Anyone?

Try Idaho Leather. They can rig you up with what you want, as his "Last Man Standing" shoulder rig can be one sided, with mags on the other, and has clips that can serve as support on both sides. It is a vertical holster rig. Idaho Leather Co. 18 S Orchard St

EDIT: The holster I posted didn't have belt clips! Guess the OP was right... not so easy to find!

The Andrews "Spring Break" has a belt anchor on the holster and with the mag pouch on the other side, it looks like a loop is available for a strap to attach to the belt, though it doesn't specifically say it is available on that side.

The Galco Miami Classic II. It doesn't come with them, but they are an accessory and most recommend them. You can get a flashlight holder for the offside too.

This guy does an OK demo of it, and I haven't been able to beat his price yet.
To give you a frame of reference, it is the holster Don Johnson used in Miami Vice.

Hey thanks Mr. Stevens! I was even looking at that earlier today and was disapointed at the lack of a connection to the belt.

p.s. jmstevens, When I go out to shoot I am pretty limited to were I can go. Generally I will go to Randys range in Sparta Kentucky. Its the only place I have found that is rapid fire friendly and has a great array of targets. Are you aware of anywhere similar that isn't 50 mins away?

I have the Miami classic too. If you are needing the holster for a car or sitting the belt loop attachments are not needed. If you plan to move around at all, I ware mine deer hunting, you need the straps for a belt or to clip it to you pants with modified short suspendsers (might be the way for you t do it) if you buy it I am sure you will figure out how to make it work for you.
