While browsing for powders in stock, I noticed Graf & Sons has Accurate LT-30 - https://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/category/categoryId/3512?

Since I haven't seen this powder before, I Googled and found this article that indicates LT-30 is similar to LT-32 but faster - http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/2014/11/new-lt-30-powder-accuracy-rivals-h4198-with-more-speed/

I thought of trying LT-32 for .223 but now curious if LT-30 would work better, especially for .300 BLK.

Accurate load data is not showing the load data for LT-30 yet - http://www.accuratepowder.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/WP_LoadSpec_1-23-14.pdf

Both are listed for 7.62X39.

Interesting. It might be suitable. I wonder how much weight wise you could fit in the case. Filling a case to the bottom of the neck with LT-32 gave me 18.1 Grs., which isn't enough to gain good velocities at that burn rate. 18.8 Grs and a 130 Gr bullet gave me an average 1549 FPS.

LT-30 should work in 300BLK if it is close to 4198 as I've seen it advertised.

To update; I bought a pound of LT-30 and then called Western Powders to see if they had any data available for the 300BLK. Turns out they have dope for subsonic. Don told me it isn't suitable for supersonic.

Anyway I told him I'd be using trimmed 223 brass and 220gr Nosler BTHP's. He said their load with a 220 SMK was 12.5gr with an OAL of 2.2" with the Sierra. AAC says 2.089" is best but the load is 116% compressed at 2.2" so no go on seating deeper.

So I loaded up five rounds at 12.5gr and gave them a try in my 16" Blackout. All five produced the supersonic snap when fired. Back on the bench, I worked down from 12.2, 12, 11.7, 11.4 and 11.

All broke the sound barrier except two of the 11.4gr and the 11gr. At 11gr ejection is about 5:00 but the bolt locked back suppressed on empty and the gun seems happy with this load. I did try just one round of 11gr unsuppressed but it failed to lock the bolt back.

So I don't know if the Nosler bullet is longer than the Sierra and is compressing the powder and increasing velocity that way or if it is all due to ambient temperature, elevation, etc but 12.5 on down a full grain is too fast in my rifle.

Next up will be to load a dozen or so at 11gr and try with the gun off the bench.
More when I have it.

Lo and behold look what was in my email. Don sent me Accurate's latest data.

Of course use at your own risk and/or verify with Accurate before using.

I just bought 100 220gr bullets from blackoutbullets.com. I'll try to get a few loaded and see if they work with LT-30.

10.8gr of LT-30 loaded with 220gr flat base soft points is nice and quiet. Locks my bolt back when empty and shoots to the same point of impact at 50 yards as factory Nosler 220gr ammo. It also seems to burn clean with no sign of unburnt powder down inside my lower.
