AK 22 Build Help Needed.

Hey guys trying to build me a wasr 22 but have hit a wall. I have most of the parts needed like the bolt,receiver cover,and parts kit, but I am having trouble the breech face. I would like to find a wasr 22 barrel and front trunnion but thats doubtful.I have a Ak 74 barrel and thought about getting a AR 15 cmmg chamber adapter but not sure if it would work. Please need help.
