Another Sheehan remark

And she was all over Hillary today for supporting the war....according to the NYSun.

Mrs. Clinton is "waiting for the best political moment to say" she opposes the war, Ms. Sheehan said during a 15-minute speech. "You say it or you're losing your job," she said, provoking a roar of approval from the audience. Mrs. Clinton, believed to be a possible presidential contender in 2008, has said she supports the war in Iraq and has pushed for a greater troop presence in the country.

What fun.

She's old news ... Katrina stole her thunder. Expect more outrageous statements and actions out of her to get back in the news. She seems to be more interested in being a celebrity than a mourning mom anymore. Even Hillary's camp is distancing themselves from her.

Your dead horse made the front page of my morning newspaper ... more blather about her nation-wide bus tour. Had a big photo of her ... I'd have to say, as charitably as I can phrase it, that she's not exactly a raving beauty.

Can't imagine why anyone would listen to her. It ain't like she's the first mother in the history of the United States of America to have had a son killed in the line of duty.

Thorn726- That blurb about Cindy Sheehan was debunked on Snopes [http://www.snopes.com/politics/war/sheehan.asp]. Though I don't much care for her politics and think her tactics are reprehensible, I don't see the point of fabricated charater assassinagtion, she's sorry enough on her own for using her 'grief' to further a political agenda, just as the people who make crap like that up to push their agenda are just as sorry, too (something about 'bearing false witness . . .'?). :barf: .

Just another object lesson as to why one can't believe things just because it's on the Internet
