Okay so most of us are not looking forward to a new AWB, some are on the fence. No one wants guns used to kill anyone let alone children and all the storys about how dangerous they are makes you think..... or at least it should.
I read a net article somewhere about how few assault weapons are used in homicides something like 5%. 5%......... really
So before I spread more internet lies I decided to look into it myself here.

This was just 2011, so I looked back a few years.
Wow
All Rifles, not just "assault weapons"
killed less people than
fist fights,
less than shotguns
knives and
especially handguns.
I know the gun grabbers claim to be able to read, It begs the question why go after the least likely murder weapon? To the bird hunters out there your shotgun kills more than assault rifles. the knife owner, sorry you too are worse than the scary rifles.
