Well, I am not going to defend the Government, I would much rather dismantle it, I was just looking at the other side of the coin. The other possibility is whenever Government punishes for acts like this or paying taxes late, it has probably done something not in it's mandate. I like to hear more than one side of an argument before I decide which bandwagon to jump on. Of course I sympathize with Red, but think what would have happened if due to his clerical mistakes he inadvertantly sold a weapon through a straw sale and then people like the Brady Bunch find out and demand more restrictive laws and enforcement (as if there isn't enough already) because FFL's are not in compliance? I think one needs to be a mad genius to understand FFL laws in their entirety. Hey, once I was no longer cut out to do my previous job didn't mean that it was now legitamate to say how bad or evil that job was, especially if I once could do it, maybe it just means that I no longer had the qualifications to continue doing it? Anyway, I just want to reiterate that I am no defender of the Government.
