Senate passed the Final Read of the AZ Homeland Security Force. While the initial legisaltion isn't the greatest, ($10,000 approriated? For what, patches? Club ID?), this bill establishes the committee on how to implement such a team, an organization trained by the Adjutant General and National Guard. No pay, but compensation. Hmm. Step in the right direction. We may need some help from states with established State Guards, like Texas. I like the no federalization, and no UCMJ.
