Nothing stellar here, but a couple that were decent deals in my eyes, at least.
A Stevens Model 89 .22 caliber single-shot rifle for $30 at a gun show in around 1987.
Pre-serialized Marlin 99M1 rifle, complete with original rear site (a highly-sought item, as many were removed for scoping, and subsequently lost), in 2014 for $140.
A second 99M1, from about 1970, missing its rear site, but with sling and a nice scope, for the same price, about 6 months later.
A Hi-Point C9, LNIB, from a friend who wanted to finance a bottle of rum, for $75, in 2013 (he offered it for $60, but I felt that was too low, even for a Hi-Point.)
A stainless Charter Arms Undercover .38, vintage 1985-ish (I hadn't even known they made them in SS back then) for $185 about six months ago.
A polished aluminum/stainless steel Taurus PT25, LNIB, complete with three sets of grips and three magazines (somebody was really into this gun!) for $199 about a week ago. Bought it mostly to flip or trade, as I already have another PT25 and a PT22, but maybe, when my wife is ready to start carrying, this can be a nice beginner for her (she won't shoot anything bigger than the PT22 so far.)
