Just read on the k/t forum that our good friend at Buffalo Bore will be bringing out a s/d round for the .32acp. It's supposed to be a +P 75 gr. h/c f/n round. I'm sure it will be of sufficient length to prevent the old rim lock. I'll bet with some testing they will get close to 925fps from a kel tec. Don't forget the loc - tite for you 2nd generation owners.

Buffalo Bore? isn't their logo "strictly big bore, strictly business?"

Anyway, love their ammo.

I don't think it's such a big deal since Fiocchi already has a round like that. Their 60gr JHP .32 ACP is rated at 1200 fps with 205 ft/lbs or energy. Check the numbers Here. When tested in a Kel-Tec P-32 it easily achieves over 900 fps. These aren't just my tests, several others have gotten the same results. Since a box of 50 Fiocchi rounds will cost you under $14 there's no reason to spend all the money Buffalo Bore will be asking. I've been carrying them since I bought my P-32.

Seems like Buffalo Bore is getting veering away from their main line of business...dunno if that's a good idea, but I do like the hardcast bullets. Only reliable load for such a small pistol bullet is one that penetrates.

The fiocchi 60 gr. will not expand in ballistic gel. It's shorter oal will cause rim lock which is real bad especially if you find yourself in a gun fight. The profile of the rn hp bullet is nowhere near as effective as flat nose bullet. Besides a hard cast bullet of 75 grains will penetrate much better than a 60 gr. I'm waiting for the brassfetcher to test some. I'm not expecting any expansion, but the penetration should be very good.

Regardless of what Tim's slogan is, he is dedicated to testing and delivering the most potent ammo available...I was privy to some of his testing which he discussed on the Frontier Sixshooter Community and listened to requests from there and elsewhere in developing these rounds...380acp included...
seemed pretty extensive to me...

351 WINCHESTER,
The Fiocchic rounds do expand even when shot from a Kel-Tec P-32 as much as any other .32 Auto will and the rimlock problem can be addressed successfully. (at least in the P-32)

I am lately very happy with the Privi Partizan (nny) 71 grain JHPs. They are heavy and have a long OA length. They "feel" hot-ish, and I'd like to see if anyone has chrono'd them. They also come in FMJ.

It would seem to me that if you need a 32 ACP +P you really need a 380 which is usually available in the same size gun.

Well I'd have a .380 if kel tec made one that worked. The p32's are usually more relaible than their .380's and relibality is number 1. As for fiocchi's 60 gr. it does not expand in ballistic gel. at k/t velocities. I know as we tested some. www.brassfetcher.com.

32 +P ? has SAAMI published some +P32 numbers or is this just his way of advertizing he has a hot load.
Corbon 32acp 60grHP 2.5" barrel 1050fps and 147ftlbs Corbon is known to be close or at times even better to the numbers
Not sure how a 75gr will work in a 32. Will be interesting
