Colt GCT rear sight options

I have a stainless Colt Gold Cup Trophy and I don't like the rear sight. It is adjustable and extends forward of the dovetail mount. The slide is flattened to the front and rear of the dovetail. I don't like this sight because it is just plain black and does not have any white dots or markings to help me align them. Also, the forward edge of the sights protrudes up from the slide and the corners on it dont allow me to fully seat the pistol in any of my holsters. Are there any sights that will fill in the recess in the slide but are more tapered at the front? Some kind of dots would also be good. Anyone know of anyhing like that?

I don't know if the Gold Cup exactly uses a "Bomar" sight and cut, but Harrison Custom offers a fixed sight that can replace the Bomar adjustable rear.

The corners still stick out on those but it looks like it is a lot more low profile than the stock sights. I think this may be the answer, thanks!
