I've never had any reliability or durability issues with either my P-01 or Glock (19, not 17). The Glock, with the large, open ejection port would, I think, deserve the nod for being easier to clear some forms of stoppages.
On the user friendly front, the Glock has a slightly easier manual of arms to master, not having to deal with the decocker. I find the P-01 controls easier to manipulate at speed (can be fixed on Glock with extended controls). The P-01 definitely gets higher marks for simply how it feels in the hand, to me.
As far as accuracy, I shoot the P-01 better, but the Glock trigger just doesn't quite work for me (again, switching to a lighter than standard connector might help with this). The Glock does have a single trigger pull versus the DA/SA on the P-01, and most would agree that the DAO trigger is easier to learn and master than the two trigger pulls of a DA/SA pistol.
