Just got some DAG 7.62x51 and I was wondering if this stuff is any good?

Nato cross then a solid circle
LOS DAG95E0327

They have the NATO cross plus there's a solid black circle after the NATO cross on the box, what does the solid circle mean?

The bullets (not the cases, they are brass in color) are silver in color. What type of bullet is that?

Ok, I just found the answer to one of my questions, the silver colored bullet is a cupronickel (copper/nickel alloy) jacket over lead.
