Not that Firefly needs another fan on THR, but I'll add my unwavering support.

Also:

Lost (even had a Mosin Nagant)
Battlestar Galactica for some nice CX4 Storm action

and its not technically a TV show....but

Please tell me someone else is a fan of Red vs. Blue!

Browncoat here as well.

I loved Andy Griffith. For those who say only Barney carried a gun, the sheriff didn't carry on duty, but he took out the long guns to go hunting quite often. Also made sure his deputies were well armed (other than Barney).

I loved the Rifleman (reruns) growing up.

Still can't beat FireFly though.

Rifleman. I run from school to home to see the next episode.

My first post shows how old I am. My hero was Fess Parker in Davy Crockett. Crockett's shooting made a big impression on me. The blonde on CSI Miami is kinda impressive as well when she's shooting.

I liked the Sigs in "X Files" but yes "Firefly" remains one of the best TV shows as far as guns are concerned. Whedon himself has zero interest them from what I understand, but his people did a good job on the show. Plus, Adam Baldwin 'nuff said.

I also have a soft spot for the syndicated "Lost World," which almost nobody ever saw. Lots of double rifles and vintage handguns.

And also those old "Young Indiana Jones" episodes apparently had some very nice vintage iron in them, though I haven't seen them myself.

superlite27,
my money says by 'our mrs. reynolds' you'll be hooked too.

"I'm going to the special hell..."

The happy reunion scene in "Trash" was great, too. For all-time hotness, though, I have to say that Melinda Clarke, in "Heart of Gold", pushed my buttons.

Melinda Clarke was also one of the stars of Special Ops Force aka SOF Inc., it was a so-so action series that had a lot of MP5 and Sig pistol action (and unfortunately Dennis Rodman was part of the cast), the show also had Mark Sheppard (Badger on Firefly.)

Melinda Clarke. she also pushed grissoms buttons as a dominatirx on CSI. when i saw her in heart of gold i went "dad! dad! Lady heather is on firefly." *sigh* she got to make out with mal *green with envey*

The X-Files, especially the scene of Agent Scully serenely cleaning her S&W semi-auto at the kitchen table on her day off. I like SIGs and Scully & Mulder certainly did as well. These days, I really enjoy Supernatural and that trunkload of weaponry the Winchester boys need for "hunting" demons and sundry supernaturals infecting the planet. One day, I'd love to own an engraved 1911 like Dean's!

I liked "Rawhide". Liked Eastwood even back then.
Then if I go to movies its "Outlaw Josey Whales" and "Unforgiven". I don't think there were any good guys in that one.

Mark.

combat
rat patrol
neither show is especially realistic, but i like the WW2 guns, jeeps, and german vehicles.

stargate sg1
(stargate atlantis is Ok as scifi but no where near as good on the gun play for the most part)

rawhide.
bonanza.
not a lot of gunplay, but good shows.

gunsmoke. matt dillon is the classic good guy with a six shooter.

the unit. some of it comes off as pretty preachy, some of it downright strange (like the revelation that the US is controlled by 6 families), and parts of it are just laughable as far as how the military actually works. but the gunplay is downright good.
