A lot of Twilight Zone episodes had firearms in them, mostly in the background (like sidearms on a character's belt) and usually not used. So, I'll go with The Twilight Zone.

No favorite shows, but here are some movies every shooter should see...
"The Way of the Gun" best 1911/pump shottie/Galil gunplay ever
"Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels" British gunplay and 'wit'
"Hot Fuzz" same
"Shaun of the Dead" same
"The Professional" for hitmen
"True Romance" for the Elvis lover
And especially "Army of Darkness" because of the boomstick.:D

Just saw "Weapons Master" on Discovery and it looks pretty good.

Melinda Clarke. she also pushed grissoms buttons as a dominatirx on CSI.
she was also dominating Bruce Campbell in a hilarious episode of Hercules, his character mumbled "I paid for an hour" after she stopped her dominatrix type beating.

Westerns were in when I was a kid.
Rifleman.
The Virginian.
Rawhide.
Daniel Boone.
Wagon Train.
Never liked Gunsmoke.
High Chapparral.
Wild, Wild, West.
Man from U.N.C.L.E. a Favorite.
Oh Yeah COMBAT !!
Rat Patrol !!
On the cartoon side, Johnny Quest.
Later on, Magnum PI.
Miami Vice.

Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea
The Wild Wild West
Charlie's Angels ... hey , I was a teenager
Tales of the Gold Monkey
Magnum
Miami Vice

Firefly. Accept no substitute.

I loved it so much that I asked my grandmother to knit me a Jayne hat for Christmas. She wasn't able to get the colors... but I got the hat. :)

I'll take a jayne pic some time in the next few days with one of my guns and the Jayne Hat.

Not really a TV series, but a series of made-for-TV-movies: Jesse Stone. Tom Selleck carries a 1911 and uses it as he was taught to at Gunsite.

Also, not really gun shows, but I like LOST and The Wire. The standoff between Omar and the assassin from New York, in which Omar has a Gold Cup and quips that he keeps one in the chamber (even though the hammer is down and remains down for the entire scene :(), and the earlier scene with the assassin commenting on his home-made load for the Walther .380. Even though it's a cop show made in and about Baltimore, Maryland, it's not anti at all. Can't see guns being used or talked about as anything but tools, really.

"Combat" with Vic Morrow. every week they battled the evil nazis with their M1s and BARs

Ah, don't forget Sergeant Saunders and his ... um, what kind of gun did he carry again .??????????:p:neener::D:D:D:D

He he he he he he he he he he ......

Speaking off Man from UNCLE, there was a recent show on AMC, and BBC, called "Hustle" about conmen, with Robert Vaughan (spelling) as one of the lead roles. They aired three seasons, I think.
Also speaking of RV, one of the greates cop movies ever was "Bullitt" with Steve McQueen.

I like womens murder club ( mostly because of the mistakes Boxer makes w/ her (looks like a) glock. I also love watching Cobb run around N.O. carrying that 1911 W/ the hammer down ( K-ville). Oh yeah I also like wathing Agent Boothe (Bones) close his eyes and flinch every time he fires his nine ( again it looks like a glock)

No one has mentioned Burn Notice? That's my favorite new show. While it's not perfect (and what show is?), it's really quite good with gun stuff; you can tell they try to get it right. You have to love burned spy Michael Westen and his trusty P228.

Besides that, I like NCIS, which like most Bellisario shows seems generally pro-gun (lots of references to their SIGs and Glocks, the Springfield Armory poster in Abby's ballistics lab, decent gun handling), though there are some weird things like Ducky's bogus statistic from the last ep (Bellisario stepped down recently, coincidence?). I also like The Unit, which featured an episode where Kim Brown defended herself with a concealed carry gun, and Magnum PI is an all-time favorite, even though I wasn't old enough to enjoy it during the original run.
