Can anyone provide feedback from recent transactions with this company? They sell a lot of Lee stuff online and have good prices, but I've heard variable reports of them taking weeks or even months to ship items, not having items in stock, and not communicating back well (in addition to charging credit cards weeks before items ship). However, I haven't seen a lot of feedback on them from recent times and would like to know if people have used in the in past 12 months and what those experiences are.

Note that this is not to be confused with ordering from the Lee factory; this is a separate company who used to go by "Factory Sales" but has changed their name to FS Reloading to eliminate that confusion.

I've ordered through them twice and have had no issues either time. Things have arrived quickly and well packages. I've picked up a Lee Classic Turret and parts and pieces for 9, 223 and 30/06 through them as well as a bunch of other miscellaneous parts. They'll typically be my first stop if I need anything Lee.

I have not purchased from them recently but have had occasion to communicate with their service folks. They were very quick to answer their e-mail and pleasant.

If they do not have an item in stock - since they buy directly from Lee down the road, I suppose it could happen that they must wait fror a Lee production run? Which is not any different than any internet supplier - I had to wait over 6 weeks for Mdway to get some brass & bullets in stock. I don't blame Midway.

I have found FS pricing to be great.

I helped do a complete reloading setup for a friend late 2011 and ordered a Lee Classic Turret along with various pistol/rifle reloading components from factory sales with accurate/prompt service at the lowest prices I could find online at that time.

I received an email of shipped confirmation shortly after my order and the order arrived several days after the confirmation well packed.

I just noticed they have a news feed on their website, and one update indicates they are shipping 99% of orders within 24 hrs.

I have placed 3 orders with them in the past year. Great communication through email. Fasts shipping. Everything was as ordered and packed well.

My orders have been for standard Lee Dies and molds along with specific parts for my Lee 1000 and LoadMaster Presses.

I would recommend them.

I don't have my invoices handy, but around 6 orders in the last three months, never took more than two business days to get a shipped notice with tracking number, and always got the goods inside of 5 business days from placing the order.

They are my go to place for Lee equipment, unless it is something small, because the minimum shipping is $11 or something like that, in which case I buy direct from Lee(Lee Precision doesn't do quite as well in the mail order dept, though respectable.).

I have never found better prices than factorysales, either. (They have a new website, I see)

They have never been out of stock on anything, that I've found.

2-3 times this past year. They answer their phones and emails and do get there things shipped out ASAP. Had no problems with them.

If I am not mistaken, Your talking about quite a while back. I was fortunate to not be able to order from them during there rougher years.

TitanReloading is good for that kind of thing. Higher prices than FS, but better shipping cost and not as high priced as Lee directly. They're a similar setup to FS; they're right down the road from Lee, offer everything Lee has, etc.

Not for nothing and no offense, I just worked up an order from that Titan place, the LCT was out of stock, so I reworked up just the couple 50 cent and dollar parts, same as Lee Precision.

I purchased my classic cast from them. No issues what so ever, well packaged and arrived just a few days later to Arkansas. I would not have any issues ordering from them again.

I've placed a few orders through FS since Thanksgiving for a mould, dies and other parts. All orders were placed on weekend evenings (I need a better social life ) and all shipped the following Monday. In fact, I placed my 1st order with them the Friday evening after Thanksgiving. I got the order confirmation almost immediately AND the UPS tracking Saturday morning.

All orders have arrived well packed and in good condition. They have served me very well so far and I intend to do business with them in future.

Another Lee distributor with prices similar to FS is F&M Reloading Equipment. Some of their prices are higher and some lower than FS. I tried to place one order with them because their shipping is a tad lower, but they were out of stock for 2 of the 3 items I wanted and their checkout seemed cumbersome. Maybe I'll give them another shot later if I need a something minor.

I told my GF to get my christmas present, a Lee kit, at FS but she decided to pay Midway's higher price instead. Oh well, I tried.

Just ordered from them about 2 weeks ago, ordered Lee Classic Turrent and pretty much everything needed to start reloading equipment wise. I got 6 sets of dies as well. Great pricing and my order shipped fast. Got email with tracking info. I am totally satisfied with their service. I checked my order and I was missing 2 small items, called them up and they had them to me 2 days later.

They ship quick. But the total price including shipping is not the best out there. Biggest negative is they do not carry any non-Lee products. So if you need to add some other reloading or firearms stuff you will need to go somewhere else, which gets you potentially into redundant freight charges.

bought my total initial reloading setup through them about a year ago. I searched everywhere very closely and thye had they best prices.

The only issue was I ordered a Lee Classic turret and a few odd and ends and also 3 sets of dies (357, 9mm, 45colt). The 45 colt was on backorder and I did not recieve any communication from them. A few days go by and I have not recieved a shipping confirmation so I called them. this is when I found out the 45colt was on back order and my whole order was pending shipping until it came in.

I was up set at not knowing the 45colt was on backorder and also that it was delyaing my entire order. None of this had been communicated to me.

I asked them if they could swap the 45 colt out for 380 since it was in stock and the same price. they did and shipped it the next day.

I have ordered from themy before and will again, I would just recommend to call if you do not recieve a shipping tracking number within a day or 2
