Subject: Critical Campaign Alert
Date: Jun 29, 2004 4:38 PM
Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I am writing to ask for your help. For the second time in a few weeks, I've had a rash of signs stolen or damaged. You might have seen something in the newspaper or on tv about this. I have offered a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible for this criminal act. I hope you agree with me when I say that the people of east Cobb and Sandy Springs deserve better.

If you are wondering how I need your help, I am asking for a couple of things:

1. Watch the signs that remain and call me if you see any more disappear or are damaged (770-998-6694). Frankly this is expected from some rookie campaigners and there are some consultants in this business who encourage this type of behavior.

2. Tell your friends and neighbors that just because the signs were stolen or damaged doesn't mean we are going to stoop to their criminal level. 100% of my signs are on private property with the permission of the owner(s). I have never and will never take a "win at all costs mentality". With your help I hope to again be a lawmaker, not a law breaker.

3. Express your disappointment to your friends and neighbors when you see signs littered on the right-of-way and in the median of roads. Cobb County Code Enforcement is trying to dispose of these signs, but they are being put up faster than they can be taken down. Call Code Enforcement at 770-528-2125 and ask them to pick up these illegal signs.

As for the last three weeks of the campaign, we are continuing to gain momentum with recent polling showing we have a good chance of winning without a runoff. My 10 year proven Tax Cutting record in the Georgia House as well as my education efforts have greatly resonated with the voters throughout the District. THANK YOU for your outpouring of support and financial assistance.

I am proud of our campaign and our team and I am humbled by all the support I have received throughout the district. If you ever have any questions or concerns please give me a call or send me an email.

Yours truly,

Mitchell Kaye
State Senate Candidate
District 32

P.S. If you would like to help replace the stolen/damaged signs, a $100.00 contribution will buy two new signs. For secure on-line credit card transactions, go to www.MitchellKaye.com/contribute.html

For checks, please make payable to “Mitchell Kaye for State Senate†and send to:

P.O. Box 71533
Marietta, GA 30007-1533

Same thing has been happening to Tain Kell.

Three Repubs, one Demo on the primary ballot. Shall we start a pool as to who's supporter is doing it?
