Getting tax return $$$$$$

I may want to use the tax return for a rifle. I'm thinking of a M-16 or AR-15 or what ever the current lable is.
I'm a plinker, want .223/5.56 black plastic, standard stock.
Looking for maybe a brand name. I would like to keep in below $1500.00
Brushmaster seem good maybe a Bushmaster 20in Rifle with Bird Cage Flash Suppressor with A2 upper.
