DFW Gun Range

I'm sure there's someplace closer, but DFW Gun Range & Training Center, on Mockingbird near I-35E, is a good place (and a good place to shoot). They charge $35 for a transfer.

I live in Plano and have used Jack Martinez for several transfers. He's in Allen.

Big Daddy's Guns & Supplies, L.L.C. offers firearm transfer services at the very competitive price of $20* per gun. So if you need to ship or receive a weapon to/from another dealer, give us a call at 214-364-1969 or email us at [email protected] for more information.

*Shipping fee is $15, plus actual postage per gun.
*Receiving fee is $20 per gun.

There are no discounts for multiple items.

• CHL Holders receive a $5 discount on transfers.
• NRA Members receive a $5 discount on transfers.

CHL & NRA discounts CAN BE COMBINED, bringing your transfer cost down to only $10 per weapon. So don't forget to bring your current NRA Membership card along with you!

Doesn't apply to you now, but for others, please find a transfer dealer before the bid closes, or better before you bid. Just courtesy so you don't keep the seller waiting, and if you somehow fail to find one (maybe none accept shipments from private individuals) the seller doesn't pay auction fees for nothing.

I know Gunmasters doesn't take transfers from individuals, only other FFLs. The bullet trap charges $40 per transfer now, and if it's a gun they sell, they try to charge a percentage as well.

Anybody contacted Big Daddy's Guns recently? I had a P7M8 shipped to him last Wednesday, and he didn't reply to my email. I've now left him a phone message as well, and he hasn't returned it either.

It's strange, because I've transferred 3 other guns through him, and he's always responded to email the same day, and returned phone calls right away.
