Gunstock!

Im gonna pack up tonight and leave in the morning around 0400.

Should be there around dinner time.

Will call ya when I get in Waco so I can figure where the heck your camped out at.
 
Deavis,

It is a shooting event with a gun-show on site. There will be a vendor tent with a number of dealers (including Armalite and Bushy) and 4-5 ranges hot at any given time. They will have a few competition shoots, as well as a lot of open shooting, including steel plates and paper. Will also have a number of Class III dealers on hand renting full-auto gear if you want to make some serious noise.

I hope you can make it! I'll be the RSO with the Molon Labe hat on or if you IM me before I leave tonight I can give you my cell number.

I'm thinking of going over to gunstock for a short visit. Will I need to bring ear protection? I'm probably not going to be doing any shooting, just gonna be watching the competition and window shopping?

My pleasure. The tent was certainly big enough!! :D

We found that board that you were sleeping on when we rolled up the tent. We almost saved it for you, but then decided you wife might not understand if we mailed a stick to you marked "Lennyjoe's girlfriend"....:eek:

What you didn't know was that you were also sleeping directly above a rather large fire-ant bed the entire time....:eek: :eek: Thanks goodness the tent didn't have any holes in it right there!

Enjoyed hanging out with you and Thumper and Kate and hope we get a chance to all do it again soon. Don't forget to post those pics, and have a safe drive home!

Im jealous as hell with that 60 video.

When myself and No4Mk1 walked over there to shoot some auto, they were packing up and wouldnt give us a go at it.:cuss:

Good to see all of ya from the Gunstock shoot.

Guess this means I need to join Arfcom huh.;)

(look my first post!) sorry you went all that way to ctd for nothing! I guess the directions got you there though. It was great meeting everyone I cant wait to do something like that again. I have to say when I first got there I thought it was going to be boring and was doing a favor for Thumper but it was great! I enjoyed every minute of it and y'all made me feel welcome, so thanks!
 
I had a great time anyway. Was a true pleasure meeting you as well.

I truely enjoyed seeing you two searching for Ronnies missing toy.

That episode might make the Roundtable sometime.;)
