Hi-Point Carbine Reviews

With a 4x40 scope, I am getting 30 rounds within a quarter size hole at 50 yards. I have a 995TS. The local gun shops in central FL have been getting more and more in stock, therefore lowering prices. The 9 mm is going for around $199, the .40 for $220, and the .45 for $250. The .45 is still hard to find though.

Back to reliability, I have put about 500 rounds through mine with no FTF or FTE. Just recently, a buddy took out a pretty large boar with the 9mm.

I would like to find the new 45acp for $250.00
I think the last i saw in omaha was $ 350.00

Guys, unless you have a 10mm carbine, a Malin 44 mag guide gun, you should not be boar hunting with other pistol cals.

Okay, maybe the 75 pounders inside 25 yards but anything bigger deserves to be dropped with a proper rifle caliber.:fire:

Having owned a new .45acp Hi Point carbine for less than two weeks I can't give a full review but I am having fun shooting it. I have a gun rack built on my CJ5 for shotguns and it looks totally bad azz mounted up on the roll bar at my left elbow.
Open sights out of the box I am accurate out to 75 yards.
