There seems to be several types of High Standard Riot Pump Shotguns based on barrel markings. These include”K-1200” and “K-120’” barrel markings with or without “RIOT” as well as “18-7.” Some have no markings except “”High Standard Hampden Conn.”. Some are Flyte King. There is a good U-Tube video with the 4 basic versions. Does anyone know a source for history and marking for HS shotgun tunes and model numbers? Thanks, Jim

I've always wanted one of those since I saw Steve McQueen use one in "The Getaway".

For a while there were Chinese copies available. I wish some Turkish company would pick them up.

Back in the 90's, I picked up 3 of them at a Ct. state patrol auction. Traded 2 away, kept the last for my "behind the bed" gun...There are a few firearm historical groups in New England... Might be worth some digging around on the web...
By the way, I paid @ $50 apiece iirc, and gun parts corp / numrich use to have some parts

I had a HS riot pump in the 70’s when I was a young man.

I sold it for much needed cash or traded it for something perceived to be better.

I do have a model 10 B Bullpup with the old school D cell battery mounted on top.
