Would pistol caliber carbines like the Hi point be safe in a AWB? They only have 10 round magazines. I know its hard to tell until the terms of a ban are stipulated, but for instance, would they have been legal in the 1994 ban? Just wondering because I always wanted one of these cheap guns and was planning on getting one next year. Now they are overpriced or out of stock. I should have gotten one a few months ago when I could have gotten it for 250.00.

Nothing is safe. In NY Governor dumbo wants to limit mags to 7 rounds...which would make my .45ACP 8 round Beretta CX4 Storm illegal.

If you haven't contacted your state & federal reps, do so now, nobody is safe...unless you have a musket. And if they succeed now...eventually they'll come after your musket too.

The Hi-Point carbine was developed to comply with the 1994 ban . If a ban passes it will likely be more restrictive, at least in some ways, than the 1994 one. So - ??
