A Walther P22 was used at Virginia Tech. Is it on the list? It is black and was used to kill...is that the criteria?

The unspoken criterion is any tube that can throw an object out due to pressure behind that object.

That's the real List.

Dumb question......what is to keep them from slightly changing the aesthetics of the firearm, keeping the action the same, and simply renaming it? It could be the highpoint 10,000!

Idiocy. My new to me Marlin Camp 45 uses 1911 mags. Somehow, I ended up with 13 of them in the span of 2 months, including 3 10-rders and 3 11-rd Meg-Gars. Admittedly, I purchased the latter 3 shortly after hysteria started to rear its ugly head.

Hi point is already working on a new version of their carbine the will be compliant. I read it on the hi point forum somewhere.
