How hot is too hot?

If you're going to run very much of those loads keep a close eye on your forcing cone and top strap. Max 125 gr. loads may not blow the gun but it's just like taking a gas cutting torch to the forcing cone. I have a nice GP 100 that's ruined now.

Word is a little grease helps control flame cutting. I now try to keep a dab there, but for years ran hot 125's outta my favorite gun with no signs of damage.

Civilian75, I start with measuring the case before, if the case is not the standard any information gained after firing is not much more than 'nice to know'.

The case in front of the rim is not sized by design the deck height of the shell holder is .125 meaning from the head of the case forward .125 is bridged between the shell holder and bottom of the die, your case indicates there is a slight bell in the chamber if the case is a mirror copy of the chamber and then there is memory, recovery or spring back?

If you did not measure the thickness of the rim or the diameter of case head above the rim before firing comparing the effect the chamber had on the case is not possible

When measuring a hole I suggest using a plug gage, I have ball micrometers and blind end micrometers, as RCBS says you can not measure the diameter of a hole with a dial caliper.
