Yes, the seller/buyer ratings are important. If someone has been a jerk in the past, they’ll most likely continue to do so.
In addition, be very careful of PayPal when dealing w/ payment for gun related items. PayPal is owned by eBay and both have policies prohibiting gun related merchandise. Loading equipment is okay, but NOT bullets, ammo, primers or guns. They’ll lock the sender/recipient accounts if you use PayPal to openly pay for a item they don’t approve of. The way I handle it on Gunbroker is to list “discreet PayPal” okay. And tell the buyer, not to use works like bullets, ammo, primers or guns in the message that accompanies their payment.
