Its good to know that these companie(s) are successful enough and are willing to be responsible for their products. I wish other industries including "public servants" exhibited such a level of responsibility.
 
It has always been my mantra that customer service does not 'cost' it pays back. Sadly it often is one of the first places an industry cuts back.

Kudos to RCBS, I will share that I have had similar experiences with Lee, great folks.
