The man was protesting the protest. Having people congregate on a road, blocking off traffic, and sitting on the other side of a private property fence, doing what they will, then saying that the man that is annoyed by them should help them so they leave, doesn't make them look good. Could be either side, frankly. Anytime the left takes such an insane anti-Bush stance it prevents right leaning folks from listening to ANYTHING anti-Bush. Once you get enough of THAT crap shoved down your throat everything is written off as the rant of a Hate Filled Lefty. This might "engergize" the rabid left wing of the Democratic party, but I'd put more stake in this being more valuable to the Republican side that the Democratic side.

However, I wouldn't put it passed some Hate Filled Lefty to foot the bill, either.

I saw the whole interveiw with the landowner last Sunday. He had valid complaints. Said he was sypathetic to her origanally but when the protesters were using 5 gallon buckets for toilets and dumping them things got out of hand. Then they moved in porta potty's to accomodate the increasing crowds. The media is now taking bites out of the original interveiw to make him look like an idiot. Typical liberal BS. Looks hot n dry on that road. I think I'd call a couple friends with P/U's and do a little convoy and kick up some dust every couple hours. Just to treat his guests to a "little bit of Texas" to take home with them. Maybe a couple fireants too.

I didn't have a phone. Not that I would expect to make a dent in that guy; he's the same one who says you should go to jail for speeding every time and that anybody can legally buy a gun from a gunshop in five minutes in Springfield, IL (actual wait= 2-8 weeks for the FOID card, then three days' waiting period for a handgun, 24 hours for a long gun.)
