My wife doesn't really like to shoot. Moreso, she doesn't really like any of the ranges around here. She does carry though, so I try to get her out to the range every now and then.

She carries either a Sig p239 in 9mm, or a Kel Tec p32. She also loves to shoot the Remmy 870 12ga (from the hip). I just got her a Kel Tec Sub 2000 in 9mm Glock config that I am sure she will have fun shooting. Shes not a great shot, but she is good enough to hit a man at any practical defensive range.

My wife loves my Ruger 45/22 and her Remington .22. She also likes my Marlin 1894c, but not the Mosin Nagant.

She doesn't much care for handguns other than the.22 then.

Dear Friends,

Even though I have a sweet old S&W K22 Masterpiece, and an almost-as-sweet Model 14 that I really enjoy, Mrs. LBS says, "They're too heavy." The only gun she has shot and remarked that she enjoyed was a friend's, uh, um, er, I'm sorry to have to say it, but . . . Glock 17!!! Okay, I admitted it. I feel a bit better.

LBS

H&K USP 9mm compact, Browning Hi-power, CZ 75B, Springfield Micro Compact 1911, & G19. She likes shooting them all, but she shoots the G19 the best followed closely by the Hi-power and CZ. She chose the H&K as her carry gun and she shoots it fine, but not quite as well as the others.

Mine has her own Glock 19, a Browning Hi Power, a Browning Pump in 20 g (rarely shot) and she LOVES shooting AK's (
why, I'll never know...don't like them). She also enjoyed shooting a borrowed FAL one time. And she likes 1911's when she has the chance to shoot one, although we don't have any.

I think she likes swords better, though....

Have to be careful with this one....

My wife loves to shoot our Ruger Mk III 22/45, she want's to get a Taurus .357 because she enjoyed her uncles so much but only with 38s. She's happy with a T/C with the smaller cartridges, she wont go near it when it's wearing it's 30/30 barrel.

Anything that has a bore starting in ".4". She has RA, so the shooting doesn't last as long as it used to, but she loves the big revolvers.

She also likes her Garand, my M1A, and her Sig -Hammerli SHR 970, in 7mm Rem. Mag.:)

My wifes favorite was an AK underfolder that I no longer have. For her own protection she chose an HK45C.

My long-haired, lumpy chested roommate has never shot a gun in her life and has probably never held one. I am picking up her first gun this afternoon. Mossberg bantam plinkster in .22lr. I thought it might be best for her to try something small first. :D

My wife loves to shoot my 10/22. Today I had her shooting my CW9 and SKS. She really liked the SKS. She shot pretty well with it too.

My wife keeps trying to steal my 870 Express Avenger from me.

She's also made noises about wanting an M&P, in 9mm instead of the .40 I prefer.

Edit: Though she's successfully stolen about half of my throwing/combat knives, and makes me buy more constantly. She also keeps saying she wants one of my swords.

My GF likes to shoot all my .22 pistols including the Ruger MK II's and my CZ-75 with Kadet Kit .22 conversion. She'll shoot centerfire, but doesn't really like the noise or recoil.

She shoots cute guns. If it does not pas the cute test she does not buy it. Fortunately (or not because of cost) she finds HK's very, very cute, along with 1911's and AR's. Now she is in the market for the new Walther PK 380.

the wife likes revolvers, especially nickle-plated ones with pearl or ivory grips. like most women, i guess, she likes shiny...

she's in no way opposed to other guns, but her preference is quite clear.

My wife likes to shoot, but she does not like recoil. She likes my Sig Mosquito, she loves my Marlin Model 60, and will shoot my SKS on occasion

Mine likes to shoot most anything, but her guns are a Kimber full size SIS .45, A Kimber Pro Aegis 9MM, a Glock 26, Glock 34, Ruger 10/22 and a Marlin 357 Lever. She can shoot for hours. Sometimes I get home from work and she says "the guns are in the truck, lets go shoot".
