If you could keep only one revolver...

Looking at it from a practical aspect, I would keep my 6" S&W Mdl 28, but from a sentimental outlook, it would have to be my S&W Mdl 58.

We went to the mountain, saw the elephant, and came back together.

Piece of cake -- my 4" S&W blued Model 19-4.
Superbly accurate, stone cold reliable, perfect balance, easily concealable and beautiful to boot ...

This is difficult and I have to think about it... I guess a 22 Diamondback. I really like my 25 Smith 45acp alot but the Diamondback is the baby.

Taurus Tracker 7 shot 357 mag. This thing has been nothing short of awesome through 2000 rounds, its a tackdriver.:D

For now it's the 4" GP-100 but the 4" Redhawk is catching up quick.

Since I reload I would have to say a .41 mag and specifically my Dan Wesson since I can tailor the barrel length for the intended purpose at hand.

Right now it would be my 3" model 65. If I have some custom work done to a my 45 Colt chambered N Frame, namely having Pinnacle High Performance or another shop machine the cylinder to accept full moon clipped .45 ACP & still headspace 45 Colt it might become the one.

Well truly if it came down to it I have a couple of sentimental firearms that would stay only because of sentimental value.

For all practical purposes if I could only have one revolver it would be my Smith and Wesson 681PC.

Man that is a tough one, but if it came down to it I'd have to choose between the Victory from my Dad or his Model 36.

It would have to be my S&W 696. It's a 3" L-Frame 44 Spl. It's very accurate, easy to shoot well and 44 Spl will take care of anything from small/medium game hunting to self defense from man or beast (except large beast of course). It also CCW's well in a Simply Rugged Sourdough Pancake holster.

Only one? :what:

I'd have to think long and hard, but it would be either my M24 S&W .44 Special, my 4-5/8" Ruger Blackhawk .45 Colt, or my 4-5/8" Super Blackhawk .44 Mag.

Hmm, interesting. I'd have expected some J-frame CCWs in this list.

For me it would have to be my SP101. My Model 642 would be second choice. I'd have to go with practical, though I'd really hate giving up my Model 28 or my Vaquero, or my Single Six, or my... etc, etc
