SilentStalker, I placed an order with them for a Mossberg shotgun. I filled everything out, and waited. Waited some more, two weeks, and I know something shipped from that area takes about five working days. I e-mailed them to inquire if there was a problem.
Ten days later they got back with me via e-mail, they have my phone number, mentioning there was a problem with my credit card, I may have transposed a number, can't remember. Possibly my fault.
I asked how I can correct, do I place another order? Can I change something on my original order?
A week later, they said to just provide the required info through this e-mail.
I'm not a math major, but the time frame was ridiculous.
I told them thanks, but no thanks, and I doubt they would get any business from me in the future.
SO, I inquired at a local store, I got an even better price, and they called within three days to tell me it has arrived. THEN I paid for it. No shipping or transfer fees.
I have since heard similar stories, a long delay in shipping, I'm through with 'em.
They obviously have a track record, or they wouldn't still be in business, tho.
