is my remington 700 long or short action

its a Remington 700 sps Varmint in .223 and it didnt come with a scope rail so im trying to order one and they ahve short action and long action. any idea what mine is?

I would think a .223 would be short action for sure.

30-06 270 and the like are long action. .223 .243 .308 short action.
