Kahr K9, Tell me about it

I really like mine. Heavy and large enough to shoot hundreds of practice rounds at a time with no discomfort, yet compact enough to conceal very well. Feels very comfortable in my hand. Engineered to handle +P loads all day long. Plenty accurate enough for self defense purposes. Mine has never had a malfunction.
:)

Quite possibly the best carry pistol, with a life span that will likely exceed that of the owner.

The solid-yet-precision made K9 is roughly the same size as the Makarov but enjoys the much hotter 9x19, effortlessly digesting any +P and +P+ out there.
In addition, mine will outshoot my IJ-70, while feeling more comfortable doing it (locked-breech vs. blow-back).

You'll be very pleased with your Kahr, I'm sure.

The Kahr Pistols are just outstanding guns. I have two. The T9 with Novak sights and the little K9.
My K9 is one of the early black ones. Great little gun. I carry it alot.
While I am primarily a 1911 guy, the K9 has really impressed me as a an all business carry gun.

I kind of did this backwards. I bought an MK9 b/c my dealer was trying to move one he'd had. Liked it so much I bought the K9. Later the PM9. All have been very reliable with just about anything I put through them. I don't particularly care for the fact that I have to use a few light taps with a hammer (nylon head, btw) to remove the slide stop for field stripping, but otherwise everything had been great.
