I agree that .264 Mag ammo may be hard to find at your local Wallyworld , but there is no problem getting brass from the usual suppliers. And as for "acceptable hunting bullets" apparently the poster is unaware that the .264 Mag is actually 6.5 caliber and that there is a tremendous variety of superb 6.5 hunting bullets available. And speaking of .264 Mags, attached is a photo one of my pre-64 M-70 Win. rifles in this caliber. I've owned it for over 30 years and have upgraded scopes on it three times, as better scopes have been introduced. This current scope is the Leupold VX-L 3.5-10X50mm. After over 1250 rounds, I see no loss of accuracy, which in any case has always been quite good.
