Well that will set the little girl straight.
No her daddy is not a protector or her hero that will 'shoot bad guys and monsters'.
She shouldn't look up to him and feel safe because he is around.
He is a peasant that can find himself under a jack boot for even leading his daughter to believe such a thing.
She was taught an important lesson, the state is all powerful and right, it is what protects people, not her daddy.
Her daddy is just a pawn.
Now she can draw pictures of the nice detectives that raided the home and envision them coming to the rescue, clearly they have the power to do anything, not pathetic daddy.
Clearly the drawing of a restricted firearm demonstrates probable cause that the girl must have seen such a restricted item in the home. Justifying a search warrant or any other measure.
Of course had the guy actually owned the firearm in the picture and it been found, well then the picture she drew clearly showed she had dangerous access to it. Which meant any charges filed would be justified to protect the public, the little girl, and the other children that would be in danger due to her presumed access just by knowing what it looked like.
