very hard trigger pull.is there a way to reduce to 2-3 lbs? is there a diagram showing how to do it? it is my squirrel gun and trigger pull creeps and feels like 8-9 lbs.thanks, for any help

It would require stoning the trigger & hammer square with each other and polishing the engagement surfaces with a fine stone.

Best accomplished with a sear jig, as it is very difficult to maintain the exact angles you need without one.

I assume you have neither the tools or any experiance doing trigger jobs, or you wouldn't have ask the question.

So I'd suggest you find a gunsmith to do it.

I see it's only his second post and like some, may have lost track of the previous.

My experience with the both of mine has been that a thorough and proper cleaning went a long way towards improving the nasty triggers on each of them.
