Most sentimental guns you own?

That would be a tie between my Glock and my Enfield.
The Glock is the very first gun I could call truely mine and the one I want to keep forever.
The Enfield is the oldest gun I own and that in itself makes it sentimental.

I have 2.

A Stevens 311, bought new in 1952 by my grandfather, given to me in 1982. I still put a few thousand rounds thru it every year, although I did have to replace the firing pin springs last week.

and,

My father's Savage 99 in 300savage. Given to me last year I've only had it out to shoot it once. I live in fear that something will happen to it. Maybe in a few years the magic will wear off and I can treat it like a real gun again.

I have two:
— My Ruger 1022 that was given to me by a close friend of the family for christmas when I was 14 or 15. He had owned it since he was young and it was my first gun. He passed away unexpectedly from cancer a few years ago, and I think of him every time I shoot this gun, which is a lot.

— My Winchester .25-06 that was given to my by my dad. That's when I knew that he thought I was serious enough, and had learned enough, about hunting.

Old Family Guns -

As I'm pushing 73 I've passed most of my Dad's and my two grandpa's guns down to my two sons and three grandsons and kept the non-family stuff. Gave away some goodies. A Model 12 Winchester, a couple of Ithaca Featherweights, a matched pair of L.C. Smith doubles, several .22's and .410's.

I kept only the LeFever .410 double one grandpa bought in 1909 and the Remington .22 bolt action Dad bought in 1935. My wife likes to shoot those.

I have three. My savage .22 bolt action gun and my h and r topper 20 ga single shot shotgun. These two were purchased by my great grandfather and given to my father, and my brother and I inherited them from our father. My xd-9 is my third, since it was the first gun I bought myself.

My maternal grandfather's Stevens 1915 Favorite in .25 Rimfire.
It's the only firearm I have on display in my home.
