need a good hunting rifle

im looking for a good hutting rifle perferable in 7mm rem. like wood stock S/S barell and recever has to be bolt action hav a buget of about 1700 for the gun the scope is a different story im looking towards the browning xbolt whit gold and the browning abolt 25 aniversary model thoughts and comments would be would be liked and no one can perswade me to go sythetic stock i own over 40 rifles all wood.

The Browning X Bolt is pretty slick. The rest can be spent on glass.

I'd look at the Sako 85 if I had that big of a budget. It's a very slick rifle.
