new gun and holster needed

Just picked up a Ruger SP-101 (my 3rd and I am not selling this one!!!) with 2 inch barrel. I am looking for some good holsters what I would like is a good:

1. Pocket holster
2. IWB holster with thumbsnap.

I have a dual Bianchi shoulder, hip holster but would like suggestions on type and where to order. Thanks!

You must have big pockets, I could never make the SP fit.

Mika and Hedley are excellent pocket rigs in leather. The Desantis Nemesis is possibly the best nylon pocket rig I've yet seen. The Uncle Mike's model "works" and does well, but the above listed work better.


For an IWB, try www.gunnersalley.com for Don Hume rigs, www.caboholsters.com (they make IWb rigs for big revolvers, CABO means Carry a Big One) and may make an SP101-size IWB you'd like.

Bulman Gunleather has a good rep too.

Thanks for the reply. I figured more folks would chime in on this. Actually the 101 is a bit snug, but does fit in some of my more 'relaxed' pants. I am wanting this also for pockets in jackets, vests, etc. and will have a couple of other holster options too.
