Just under 12 oz Swamp. I'll be a beta tester! I like it and I'm betting the laser will be covered by the lifetime warranty.

Hello friends and neighbors // I like the improvements to both the 38 and the 380

The 380 is definately on the rise with consumers, as are poly guns, S&W will do well with these IMHO. I really like the laser placement.

The 38 .....all about the grips to me, how they would feel, are they changeable? I like the new look and hope the handling is good.

I might pick up the .38 if I ever wear out my 442.

How big is this compared to a M&P9c? I would much rather have 12+1 of 9mm compared to 6+1 of .380. Is this thing smaller than a pack of tissues? Looks cool, though.

Check out the S&W website. A tad longer than the LCP, about 1/2" taller and a bit thinner than a P3AT.

Given S&W's recent problems with the PPK series, which it makes under license from Walther, I'll pass, and happily so. If they can't get an 80-year-old perfectly good design to work -- and they can't -- I don't have much faith in what they might (or might not) accomplish with this. Sorry.

Guys a quick question did you see ever any thinner .380 ??

Width is only 0.73''...

This is built for CC..
