I own several Norinco 213s, two were early KSI imports that still had the 7.62x25 breach space, so I converted both of them(just use a 9x23 reamer) to fire 9x23 Winchester, 9x23 Largo, and .38 Super, and yes they both shoot all three, and yes I have mix loaded the mags between the three and had no problems. The one that is a dedicated 9mm will stay that way. It's a good little gun 8+1, and a good shooter at 20 yards. Wish the sights were better but if you can get one for less than $250 you can't go wrong.
J&Gsales.com has the Romanian TTC in 7.62x25, I own five of them(inheritted some, bought some used at steal deals). Ammo is relatively cheap still, and you can find the occassional Wolf Hp ammo. One of CCW is a Norinco Type 54 7.62x25 loaded with Wolf HP, in ballistic gelatin it's penetrate to 15" and expand past .40 nearly everytime. Also in Russia there have been reports of the old ammo penetrating heavy kevlar body armor and killing the police. So it's a nice thin gun I tuck in the pocket of one of my large pockets and BUG it to my snub .357.
